Bob Stein President and Chief Executive Officer Bob joined KSS in October 2004 after three years as founder member of KSS’ Advisory Board. Prior to his appointment Bob consulted to the retail and convenience store industries. His experience includes eighteen years at Dairy Mart Convenience Stores Inc., where he held the post of Chairman, President and CEO, successfully applying his leadership experience in retail operations, marketing and finance.

Jarrod Hargreaves CFO and Head of Administration Jarrod joined KSS in September 2008 from Cognizant Technology Solutions Inc where he held the position of European Finance Director. He has over 10 years experience of managing, building and streamlining finance functions in high growth technology companies. Jarrod has experience gained from across the IT industry ranging from Internet Search through to IT Consulting. A chartered accountant, he also holds an MBA from Cass Business School.

Mark Hawtin VP Business Development  Mark joined KSS in June 1997 as Head of Sales & Marketing, to lead the company’s commercial activities in Europe and break into the North American market. He progressed through a number of commercial positions to become director of KSS' global marketing, strategic alliances, business development and new products. Prior to KSS he spent eight years working for Simulation Sciences Inc., a Nasdaq quoted US optimization technology company as Sales Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Ian Helps Partner - KSS Consulting Ian joined KSS in March 2009 from Invensys Process Systems, where he was Vice President of Global Accounts in oil and gas. He has over 20 years experience in growing businesses, both within the energy industry and supporting it. He was previously a manager for Shell’s Oil Products Management Consultancy group, focussing on strategy, business development and business turnarounds and was also a Six Sigma Program Leader. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Ray Corcoran VP Development Ray joined KSS in October 2000 as an implementation consultant after having spent time as an independent consultant to several large blue chip companies. After a successful period during which he managed a number of very large scale software implementations, two of which involved significant development and customization effort, Ray was promoted to take control of the PriceNet development group. Ray now has responsibility for the development function across all KSS products.

Ian Thompson VP Professional Services Ian had over 15 years of software and management experience with various blue-chip, global organizations before he joined KSS as a Client Manager in 2001.  After successfully managing numerous projects in ROW, he moved to the New Jersey offices to become VP US Professional Services in 2004.  Ian now leads the Professional Services team which is responsible for implementing KSS's products globally and ensuring that clients are deriving maximum value post-implementation.

David McCaffrey VP Research David joined KSS in October 2004 and is responsible for the direction and delivery of the forecasting and optimization science underlying KSS fuel pricing systems. He is also responsible for the technical direction of the KSS RackPrice wholesale fuel pricing system, having led its development since inception. He has long experience of architecting and developing mathematical software applications within the oil & gas sector, having worked previously for Shell and Emerson Process Management. David holds a PhD and BSc in mathematics.

Anila Siraj VP Customer Care Anila joined KSS in 1995 and progressed her way through a number of positions, playing a significant role in helping KSS to penetrate the North American market, as well as driving the direction of KSS' products. In her current position Anila leads her team in providing expert insight to KSS's customers, through her global experience of fuel pricing as well as a deep understanding of KSS software. She holds a Bachelors degree from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree from the Manchester School of Management.
