RackPrice wholesale fuels pricing solution from KSS achieves "powered by SAP NetWeaver®" status

KSS takes further steps to tighten integration of its leading pricing solutions with enterprise resource planning and related solutions from SAP

Manchester, UK - 11 August 2006 – Knowledge Support Systems (KSS), a leading supplier of comprehensive pricing intelligence, optimization and execution solutions to the retail and petroleum industries, is pleased to announce that its RackPrice version 1.0 solution has successfully achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®” qualification. RackPrice can now be deployed on the SAP NetWeaver Application Server and accessed via the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

For many years KSS has sold oil-industry specific pricing applications around the SAP® R/3® solution Achieving Powered by SAP NetWeaver status for its wholesale fuel pricing solution is a major step forward. KSS now delivers a pre-tested deployment of RackPrice with the SAP NetWeaver open integration and application platform and will help ensure that clients benefit from pre-defined integration scenarios, thus lowering implementation costs and ongoing cost of ownership.
