KSS, the global leading supplier of pricing analytics, execution and optimization systems to the petroleum industry, announced today that Suzanne Bowers and Riley Buchanan, two experienced petroleum industry professionals, have joined the KSS team. Suzanne and Riley take up positions as Account Executives charged with helping to continue the recent strong growth in company performance, building on KSS significant client base in North America. Both will report to Bob Stein, CEO, and will play an instrumental role in fulfilling the growing demand for KSS products and services in the North American marketplace.
Suzanne Bowers has 20 years experience serving the needs of the downstream petroleum industry and joins KSS from Advanced Digital Data where she held the position of National Sales Manager, responsible for driving significant increases in annual revenue and customer numbers. Her role involved fulfilling customer needs in the areas of store back office systems, wholesale fuel dispatching and retail & commercial fuel and propane systems. Prior to Advanced Digital Data Suzanne held positions with EDS Oil & Gas Division and Petroleum Software Systems.
Riley Buchanan has served the convenience and petroleum industry since 1983 during which time he worked for NCR Corporation, H.T. Hackney Company in Grocery and Convenience Distribution Management and most recently serving as Senior Territory Manager for The Pinnacle Corporation. Riley spent over 10 years with Pinnacle in a sales and account management role where his responsibilities included marketing and direct selling of Point of Sale systems, store and headquarters accounting solutions, Business Intelligence systems, loyalty solutions and fuel management solutions for mid-tier convenience store chains.
