KSS Reinforces Commitment to its Customers
New Customer Care Organization to Deliver Broad Range of Pricing Services
Manchester, UK – 18 Sept 2008 – KSS, the global leading supplier of fuels pricing analytics, execution, and optimization systems to the oil & gas, convenience store, grocery and big box retail industries, today announced a major re-organization of its professional services and technical support functions to ensure customers derive maximum value from KSS pricing software and services.
With immediate effect, KSS is creating a customer care department that will merge its global support helpdesk with the newly created role of customer care manager. The team’s solitary focus will be ensuring that all of its customers are realizing the expected benefits from KSS software and services. The team will provide a consolidated and coordinated solution to customer questions that goes beyond simply responding to support calls by providing, where appropriate, expert insight and software solutions to meet customers needs. In addition, the customer care team will share knowledge about existing and upcoming functionality so that customers are aware of all of the software’s capabilities and are utilizing the software fully.
Anila Khalid will lead the department and becomes Vice President Customer Care. Anila has unparalleled experience of fuel pricing in the industries KSS serves as well as a deep understanding of KSS software, gained from over 13 years service to the company.
